Amber Fowler, a 32-year-old woman from Joplin, Missouri, was last seen on July 7, 2012. Her family reported her missing after she failed to show up for a scheduled meeting with her mother. Amber had been living in a FEMA trailer following the devastating tornado that struck Joplin in May 2011, which destroyed her apartment and many of her belongings.
