Thalia Otto, a 9-year-old girl from Deltona, Florida, went missing on October 22, 2013, along with her 8-year-old brother, Michael Otto, and their mother, Yessenia Suarez. The family was last seen leaving the home of Yessenia's mother. Thalia’s stepfather, Luis Toledo, was named the prime suspect in their disappearances.
