Nathan Hayes, a 38-year-old man, was last seen on January 14, 2015, in Seattle, Washington. Hayes had gone to a clinic to meet with his caseworker but did not return home afterward. His family did not have contact with him after this date, and they officially reported him missing on April 6, 2016, over a year later.
