Ralph Alan Newcombe, a 35-year-old man, went missing on April 17, 1989, from Seattle, Washington. Originally from Kodiak, Alaska, Newcombe had recently relocated to Seattle in December 1988 to start a new chapter in his life and establish a business as a builder and contractor. He was last seen by his wife at their home in North Seattle when she left for work. Upon her return, he was gone.
