In the summer of 2015, a 38-year-old woman named Candy Jo Frazier vanished from North Wilkesboro, North Carolina. On June 13th, she was seen for the last time near Speedway Road and NC 115. Reports indicate she was in the company of an unidentified Hispanic male, leaving in a small, white passenger car.
