In the winter of 2015, the life of Shirley Elizabeth Butler, a 53-year-old resident of Augusta, Georgia, took a turn into uncertainty, leaving her loved ones with unanswered questions. On the morning of December 30th, she was last seen at her home on the 400 block of Sand Bar Ferry Road. Her departure from the residence followed an argument with her husband regarding her being away from home for several days at a time.
