Valerie Mae Jones, a 32-year-old woman from Neosho, Missouri, was last seen on August 28, 2016. She was reported missing after she failed to make contact with friends or family. At the time of her disappearance, Valerie was known to frequent not only Neosho but also Joplin, Missouri, and Baxter, Kansas.
