Noel, who has a distinct Irish accent, had been staying in Olean at the time of his disappearance. His family and local authorities have searched for answers but have found few leads. Dixon was described as standing between 5'8" and 5'11" tall, weighing 120 to 160 pounds, with gray or partially gray hair.
