In the autumn of 2016, a sense of concern began to grow in Olean, New York, surrounding the welfare of Noel T. Dixon. A 49-year-old man, Noel was last seen in the city during early October of that year. While some accounts state his last date of contact was October 6th, others report he was seen on Henley Street around 9:30 AM on October 7, 2016.
