Angel Ray Vela, a 27-year-old man from Rockport, Texas, went missing under suspicious circumstances on November 17, 2017. Known to have several distinctive tattoos, including one on his neck and the word "Mom" on the side of his head, Angel’s disappearance has left his family and authorities searching for answers. His vehicle was found abandoned in a public parking lot about three weeks after he was last seen, further deepening the mystery surrounding his case.
