Jesse Ellis Goodman, a 39-year-old man from Rockport, Texas, was last seen on July 10, 2021. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black tank top with "NIKE" in bright orange letters, blue jeans, and either black or navy Adidas sneakers. Goodman, who stood 6'2" and weighed 225 pounds, was a recognizable figure with distinctive tattoos, including three black ink crosses on his left upper arm and a "RIP Father" tattoo on his right forearm.
