Cesar Salas, a 36-year-old man from Montebello, California, was last seen on June 4, 2018. On that day, Cesar told his father that he was going to work but never returned home. His disappearance raised significant concern, especially because Cesar had been showing signs of depression for several years following a difficult breakup. A few days after he was reported missing, authorities located his vehicle in a parking lot in downtown Los Angeles, but there was no sign of Cesar himself. Despite efforts to track his whereabouts, no further clues have emerged regarding his fate.
Cesar Salas' family and investigators remain without answers, and his case has garnered attention from missing person databases and advocacy groups. His disappearance has been included in the NamUs system, which helps coordinate efforts to resolve such cases. However, there has been little progress since the initial discovery of his abandoned car, and his case remains unsolved.
