Michael Wayne Waters, 63, disappeared from St. Charles, Missouri, on January 15, 2019. He was last seen leaving his residence on Broadmoor Lane around 11:00 a.m., after leaving behind his phone, car keys, and a note saying goodbye to his family. Waters had been struggling with depression and had made suicidal comments to his loved ones in the year leading up to his disappearance. He was last seen wearing a gray jacket, a black vest, jeans, and brown boots.
