Paul Matison, a 31-year-old from Rochester, New York, was last seen on February 11, 2019. On that day, Matison, who had been drinking heavily, crashed into another vehicle on Court Street. He then got into a dispute and reportedly jumped off the Court Street Bridge into the Genesee River to avoid the police. Despite searches, his body was never recovered, and he has been missing since. His family believes this tragic event marked the last time he was seen, leaving the case unresolved.
