Tessa Dobkins, a 42-year-old woman from Union Township, Ohio, was last heard from by her family on February 18, 2019. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as a white female with blonde hair and hazel eyes, standing at 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 120 pounds. She has a distinctive tattoo of a yin-yang symbol on her right ankle.
