Tessa Dobkins, aged 42, was last seen on February 18, 2019, in Union Township, Ohio, a suburb of Cincinnati. She has not been heard from since that date, and very few details about her disappearance have emerged. Dobkins is described as 5'4", weighing around 120 pounds, with blonde hair and hazel eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a gold necklace with a heart-shaped charm engraved with "Mom." Additionally, she has a tattoo of a yin-yang symbol on her right ankle.
