A Routine Release That Turned Into a Mystery

Sammie “Sammy” Brian Henson, a 46-year-old Native American man from Hulbert, Oklahoma, was last seen on July 17, 2018, when he was released from the Cherokee County Detention Center in Tahlequah. This seemingly routine event marked the beginning of a perplexing mystery, as Henson vanished without a trace and has not been heard from since.
