On the afternoon of September 11, 2019, 60-year-old Caroline Lee Norris left her sister's residence in the 1100 block of Northwest 103rd Street in Miami, Florida, intending to walk to a nearby convenience store. She informed her family of her plans and expected to return shortly. However, she never came back and has not been seen or heard from since.
A Vulnerable Individual
Caroline Norris was a Black female, standing 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds at the time of her disappearance. She had gray eyes, a result of severe cataracts that significantly impaired her vision, and gray hair, though she was wearing a long black wig when she vanished.
