A Familiar Face in Port Charlotte

Scott Joseph Godsey, affectionately known as "Joe" to friends and family, was a well-known figure in Port Charlotte, Florida. Born on January 28, 1964, Scott stood 5'8" tall, weighed approximately 160 pounds, and had gray hair with blue eyes. Distinctive tattoos adorned his shoulders—a winged dragon on the right and a stemmed rose on the left.
