Rico was a 5'9", 200-pound African-American man with black hair and brown eyes. He was known for his friendly demeanor and was well-liked by those who knew him. There is no public record of him having any history of disappearing or cutting off communication, making his sudden absence all the more perplexing. Some reports indicate that he may have used the alias "Tony Smith," but it's unclear how widely this name was used or known.
