Standing at 5'3" and weighing 110 pounds, she was last seen wearing a black and white shirt, Girbaud jeans, black Reebok sneakers, an oval-shaped diamond ring, and a Gucci watch with a black face. Angela was last seen on November 13, 1989, at her home on Shady Lake Parkway in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

The Morning She Disappeared

According to her husband, George "Joey" Smith, the couple had an argument the night before her disappearance. He claimed that on the morning of November 14, Angela packed two black and gray canvas suitcases and left their home in her 1981 Mercedes. George reported her missing three days later.

Suspicious Circumstances

A week after Angela disappeared, George had all the carpeting in their home professionally cleaned. The carpet was less than four months old, and the cleaner found only one stain near the foot of the bed in the master bedroom.
