A Quiet Life Interrupted

Norman Donald Baxter was a 31-year-old man living in West Warwick, Rhode Island. Described as a white male with brown hair, green eyes, and pierced ears, he stood between 5'8" and 5'9" tall and weighed approximately 180 to 190 pounds. At the time of his disappearance, Norman was employed at Home Depot in Providence and was known for his interest in punk rock and indie music. He was also a father who appeared to deeply care for his child, as observed from his social media presence .

The Day He Disappeared

On February 5, 2017, Norman left his job at Home Depot but never returned home. That same day, he was admitted to Kent Hospital.
