A Father’s Disappearance Sparks a Complex Investigation

On April 21, 2019, Mosad Obad Abdulla, a 31-year-old father of three, was last seen in Oakland, California. He informed the mother of his children that he was taking them shopping for new clothes. Since that day, neither Abdulla nor the children—Amal Mohamed , Ghanem Abdulla , and Mohammed Abdulla —have been seen or heard from. The sudden disappearance has left family, friends, and authorities searching for answers in a case that remains unsolved years later. 

Background: A Family in Turmoil

Prior to his disappearance, Abdulla was involved in a domestic violence incident with the children's mother. This altercation raised concerns about the safety and well-being of the children. According to reports, Abdulla expressed intentions to take the children to Yemen, his country of origin, which added urgency to the search efforts.
