The Disappearance of a Toddler

On April 2, 2018, one-year-old Emelina Aguilar vanished from Chicago, Illinois. Her father last saw her that day. At the time, Emelina's parents were undergoing a divorce. Law enforcement has been unable to locate Emelina or contact her mother, Nelly Aguilar. 

A Mother's Alleged Abduction

Investigations revealed that Nelly Aguilar, Emelina's mother, allegedly abducted her daughter during the divorce proceedings. Nelly left their home with Emelina without providing a forwarding address. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for Nelly Aguilar on September 18, 2019. ...Read More
