The Day He Disappeared
On February 6, 1980, Lowe was last seen in the north parking lot of the old Pasadena Police Department at 1201 Davis Street. He is believed to have departed in a red and white 1974 Cessna 172 aircraft, tail number N890L, serial number 17262750.
