On January 15, 2018, Donald William Clarke Jr. was last seen leaving a facility in Tampa, Florida. At the time, Clarke was 58 years old, standing approximately 5'6" to 5'7" tall and weighing between 130 to 140 pounds. He had gray hair, blue eyes, a large white birthmark on his back, and a tattoo of a yin-yang symbol on his chest. Despite these distinctive features, Clarke vanished without a trace and has not been heard from since that day.
