Justin Isaac Woodruff, 38 years old at the time of his disappearance, was last seen on July 10, 2017, in Magalia, California. He was walking northbound on Skyway, near Powelton Road and the DeSabla Reservoir. Woodruff, who had a history of going off the grid for short periods, was not immediately reported missing. His mother finally reported him missing in January 2018, after realizing this absence was longer than usual. He has not been heard from since.
