On October 18, 2024, at approximately 5 p.m., 73-year-old Phillip Whitmill was last seen in the 8800 block of Redwood Boulevard in California City, California. Standing 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 190 pounds, Whitmill was wearing a bright green oversized polo shirt and dark gray sweatpants at the time of his disappearance. He is considered at-risk due to his dementia diagnosis.
