A Quiet Morning Turns Mysterious

On the morning of April 5, 2019, Arthur Noel Parrish was last seen at the Freedom Mission in Logansport, Louisiana. The 50-year-old, originally from DeRidder, Louisiana, had relocated to Logansport just a few months prior. Without a vehicle and seemingly without a trace, Arthur vanished, leaving behind a cloud of uncertainty and concern.
