Oscar Willie, a 28-year-old Alaska Native man from Bethel, Alaska, vanished on June 25, 1993. He was last seen in the vicinity of the Kuskokwim River, between the villages of Napakiak and Napaskiak. Authorities presume that he drowned in the river, but his body was never recovered, and no definitive evidence has surfaced to confirm this theory.
A Life Cut Short
