A Quiet Evening Turns Mysterious

On April 1, 2015, 44-year-old Wynn Kaili Lindsey was last seen at his residence in the Makiki neighborhood of Honolulu, Hawaii, around 5:00 p.m. The following morning, at approximately 4:00 a.m., his 1999 Toyota Corolla was discovered abandoned in the 4000 block of Tantalus Drive, near the Puu Ohia Trail. The vehicle's driver's side door was ajar, and inside were Lindsey's keys, wallet, and cellphone—items typically not left behind voluntarily.

The Search Begins

Personal Belongings and Clues

The presence of his personal items, including his wallet and cellphone, raised concerns about the circumstances of his disappearance. Notably, Lindsey was known to be emotionally distraught at the time he left his home.

Background and Personal Life

Born in Waianae, Hawaii, Lindsey graduated from Waianae High School in 1989. He was employed as a maintenance worker at Hickam. Described as a fit individual, standing 6 feet tall and weighing 190 pounds, Lindsey was also proficient in sign language, though he was not deaf. ...Read More
