A Quiet Afternoon Turns Mysterious

On the afternoon of May 1, 2018, 35-year-old Karina Sams left her residence in the 500 block of NE 160th Terrace in Miami, Florida, around 2:30 p.m. She was wearing a navy blue spaghetti-strap top, blue jeans, black sandals, and carrying a black imitation Chanel purse with a gold "CC" logo.
