Family's Plea and Concerns

Kevin's family has expressed deep concern for his well-being, particularly given his mental health struggles. His mother, Tinisha Hall, voiced frustration over the circumstances leading to his disappearance, stating, "I'm just taken aback with regards to how things were being handled and how my son wasn't secure in a situation where he was safe when he reached out for help." Kevin's sisters, Keyoni and Kirsten Collins, also shared their anguish, emphasizing their fears for their brother's safety and the lack of protection he received when seeking help.
