A Quiet Town, a Lingering Mystery

Magalia, California—a tranquil community nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills—became the backdrop for a haunting mystery in the summer of 2017. On July 10, 2017, 38-year-old Justin Isaac Woodruff was last seen walking northbound on Skyway near Powelton Road and the DeSabla Reservoir. Known for occasionally disappearing for short periods, Justin's extended absence raised alarms when his mother reported him missing on January 8, 2018, after not hearing from him for six months. 

A Man with Distinctive Features

Standing between 5'7" and 5'8" and weighing approximately 150 pounds, Justin had brown hair, hazel eyes, and a raspy voice. His tattoos were particularly notable: a swastika on his right hand, "Trust No One" on the back of his neck, a teardrop by his right eye, and an eagle with the words "CoCo County" on his abdomen.
