A Promising Life Interrupted
Stratis Elias Elmore, a 19-year-old from Roseville, California, vanished under mysterious circumstances on October 18, 2017. Standing at 5'11" and weighing 150 pounds, Stratis was biracial, of Hispanic and Caucasian descent, with black hair and brown eyes. Distinctive features included pierced ears, a skin tag on his right ear, and a scar over his right eyebrow. He was last seen wearing a sweatshirt, black sweatpants, and Jordans shoes.
The Day of Disappearance
On the day he disappeared, Stratis was scheduled to appear at the Sacramento County Courthouse for sentencing. He borrowed his girlfriend's vehicle to attend the court appearance but never showed up.
