A Routine Errand Turns Into a Mystery

On September 8, 1994, 25-year-old Joyce Lynn Dupont disappeared in Lake Charles, Louisiana, after leaving her sister's home. She had asked her sister to babysit her child while she went to the Housing Authority. Joyce walked to the corner of Bank and Broad Streets to catch a bus but never arrived at her destination and has not been seen since.
