A Routine Drive Turns Into a Mystery
David Hardy Jr., a 78-year-old resident of Eunice, Louisiana, was last seen on July 8, 2017, near Interstate 49 and Broadway Avenue in Alexandria, Louisiana. That day, he was following his son’s car in his own vehicle, a silver 2006 Ford Mustang with a black bumper cover, en route to Opelousas. At some point, Hardy took a wrong turn and became separated from his son.
Last Known Sightings and Vehicle Discovery
Later that same day, witnesses reported seeing Hardy in Oakdale, Louisiana. However, he never arrived at his intended destination. On July 10, 2017, his vehicle was found abandoned in Elizabeth, Louisiana, with spoiled groceries in the backseat.
