A Quiet Departure from Ghent

Vincent Lamouris, an 18-year-old from Ghent, Belgium, vanished under mysterious circumstances in January 2002. On the morning of January 25, he told his mother he was heading to school and then to work at Pizza Hut. However, he had secretly obtained a passport, erased his computer's hard drive, and boarded a train to Brussels, where he caught a flight to New York City.
