A Disappearance in the Heart of Houston
On March 4, 2019, Kenneth Ray Stoot, a 42-year-old African American man, was last seen in the Renault Street area of Houston, Texas. Standing at 6 feet 1 inch and weighing approximately 170 pounds, Stoot had black hair, brown eyes, and a full gray beard at the time of his disappearance. He also bore a distinctive scar on his left leg. Despite efforts by authorities and his family, little information has surfaced regarding his whereabouts, and there are very few details available about the circumstances surrounding his disappearance.
Initial Investigation and Public Appeals
Following Stoot's disappearance, the Harris County Sheriff's Office initiated an investigation. However, the case received limited media coverage, and no substantial leads emerged.
