A Sudden Disappearance

Fernando Cristobal Ortiz, a 36-year-old Hispanic male, was last seen in Porterville, California, on May 2, 2016. On that day, he was arrested and booked into the custody of the Tulare County Sheriff's Department. During his arrest, Ortiz informed officers that he no longer wished to remain in Porterville and intended to return to Mexico to be with his family.

Plans to Return to Mexico
