Charles David Miller, affectionately known as "Chuck," was a recognizable figure in Orlando, Florida, particularly along the bustling Orange Blossom Trail. Born on September 4, 1961, Miller stood at 5 feet 8 inches and weighed approximately 165 pounds. He was often seen wearing a Hawaiian shirt adorned with palm tree prints and carrying his cherished trumpet. Despite facing significant personal challenges, including severe bipolar disorder and alcoholism, Miller maintained regular contact with his family, often calling them every few days.
The Day He Disappeared
On June 14, 2017, Miller was last seen at his apartment located in the 1000 block of West Central Boulevard in Orlando. He did not own a vehicle or possess a driver's license, relying instead on walking and public transportation.
