A Fateful Night in Honolulu

In the early hours of November 10, 1999, the tranquility of Honolulu's Kuhio Park Terrace was shattered by a grievous incident. Forty-five-year-old Efnet Alfred Haro was discovered unconscious near the Kuhio Park Terrace Family Center, suffering from severe head injuries. Despite being rushed to Queen's Hospital in critical condition, Haro succumbed to his injuries later that same day. The circumstances surrounding his death have remained a perplexing mystery for over two decades.

A Routine Visit Turns Tragic

Haro had been visiting a relative's residence within the Kuhio Park Terrace complex on the night of his death.
