On June 13, 1994, the life of 17-year-old Robert Freeman was tragically ended in a senseless act of violence. Robert was at a pay telephone in front of Julie’s Food Mart, located at 4621 Miller Avenue in Fort Worth, Texas, when he was fatally shot during an apparent robbery. Residing just a few blocks away from the convenience store, Robert was a young man with a future ahead of him, now forever lost.
