Introduction

On November 30, 2018, the city of Louisville, Kentucky, was shaken by a violent incident that claimed the life of 26-year-old Ralph Jeffries III. Despite ongoing investigations, his murder remains unsolved, leaving a void in the community and a family seeking justice.

The Incident

On that fateful evening, around 8:30 p.m., Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) officers responded to reports of gunfire near the intersection of Stanton Boulevard and Noe Way, in the Bon Air neighborhood. Upon arrival, they discovered two men inside a vehicle, both suffering from gunshot wounds. One of the victims was identified as Ralph Jeffries III. The initial investigation suggested that the shots were fired from another vehicle, indicating a possible drive-by shooting.
