A Tragic Night in Northeast D.C.

On the night of April 29, 1990, the tranquility of Washington, D.C.'s Northeast neighborhood was shattered by a violent crime. At approximately 12:10 a.m., Ernest Gregory Stover was fatally stabbed near the intersection of 60th and Dix Streets, NE.
