Introduction

Among the victims was 34-year-old Eddie Tatum, whose life was abruptly ended in a fatal shooting. The Night of the Incident

At approximately 2:46 a.m. on December 17, 2017, Oakland police responded to reports of a shooting in the 1400 block of 90th Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered Eddie Tatum suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention, Tatum succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
