Born on November 4, 1957, in Houston, Colette was one of ten children in the Wilson family. Described as a bright and talented young girl, she had a passion for music and was an active member of her school's band. The Day of Disappearance
On that fateful day, Colette attended a morning band camp session. After the session concluded, her band director dropped her off at the intersection of County Road 99 and Highway 6 in Alvin, a routine drop-off point where her mother, Claire Wilson, was scheduled to pick her up.
