Chad Collins, a 36-year-old resident of Harvey, Illinois, was fatally shot on March 10, 2014, in Chicago's South Shore neighborhood. Despite the passage of time, his murder remains unsolved, leaving a void in the hearts of his family and the community.

The Incident

On the evening of March 10, 2014, at approximately 6:45 p.m., Chad Collins was in the 2300 block of East 75th Street when he was shot in the leg. Authorities responded promptly, and Collins was transported to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn. Tragically, he was pronounced dead at 8:04 p.m. that same evening.
