A Promising Young Life Cut Short

On January 30, 2017, the city of Indianapolis was shaken by the tragic death of 14-year-old Anthony "Bug" Hughes Jr. Outside a west side Popeyes restaurant near 16th Street and Tibbs Avenue, Anthony was gunned down, leaving a community in mourning and a family devastated. The Fateful Evening
