At approximately 8:16 p.m., 32-year-old Andre Dean Knuckles was fatally shot at the intersection of 13th Street and Congress Street, SE. Following the incident, the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) swiftly initiated an investigation into Knuckles' murder.
