In early June 2009, Miami residents were horrified by a series of gruesome discoveries along the shores of Biscayne Bay. Identification of the Victim: Osben Laparra

The victim was soon identified as 21-year-old Osben Laparra, a Guatemalan immigrant working as a construction laborer in Miami.
