Background
Ramona, affectionately known as "Mona," was born on August 14, 1981. At the time of her disappearance, she was a 19-year-old mother to an infant child. Standing at 5'3" and weighing approximately 125 pounds, Ramona had blonde hair, which she had dyed burgundy and black, and blue eyes. She wore eyeglasses with small wire frames and had distinctive features, including scars on her right eyebrow and knee, a red birthmark on the back of her neck at the hairline, and a tattoo of a "Bad Boy" face in light blue and green ink with the initials "J.G." above it on her right wrist.
